🚚 Delivery Information

General Information

  • All orders are shipped from the UK mainland.

  • Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.

UK Mainland Deliveries

FREE Delivery

  • Orders over £70 qualify for FREE Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service (2–3 business days).

    • Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Signed For (Delivery in 1–2 business days)

Cut-off times for Same-Day Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 16:00 (Mon–Fri) with Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends/Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Other delivery methods

  • If you choose a different delivery service, the cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

European Union (EU) Deliveries

  • We only offer tracked services for EU orders to ensure safe delivery.

  • DHL International Tracked & Signed (Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days)

  • See charges based on you country at checkout

Rest of the World

  • All orders are shipped via DHL International Tracked & Signed.

  • Estimated delivery: 6–7 business days.

🔄 Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your Luna Evora purchase, but if you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@kbventuresltd.com before sending anything back.

  2. Wait for us to confirm your return is accepted.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely.

  4. Print a return shipping label from your chosen delivery provider.

  5. Attach the label and cover/remove any old shipping information.

  6. Drop the package with the carrier shown on your label.

  7. Email us your tracking code so we can monitor the return.

  8. Keep track of your parcel until it reaches us.

Refunds & Exchanges
