Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Luna Evora. If you change your mind, our refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind while ensuring fairness to all our customers.

1. Your Right to Cancel

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 60 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the product.

  • If your order is split into multiple deliveries, the cancellation period ends 50 days after the day you receive the last delivery.

  • To cancel, you must notify us in writing before the cancellation period ends. You can do this by emailing info@kbventuresltd.com or by sending a letter to our office address:

We recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation notification for your records.

2. Returning Products

  • If you cancel after products have been dispatched or delivered, you must return them to us within 60 days of notifying us of cancellation.

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products.

3. Refunds

  • If you cancel your order, we will refund the full price of the product(s) and any standard delivery charges you paid.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within:

    • 5 days after we receive the returned products

  • We may withhold your refund until we have received the products back, or you provide proof of return (whichever is earlier).

4. Deductions from Refunds

  • We may reduce your refund if returned products show signs of handling that would not be permitted in a shop (e.g. wear, damage, missing packaging).

  • If a refund is issued before inspection and we later discover misuse, you may be required to compensate us for the reduction in value.

  • Delivery charges will only be refunded up to the cost of our least expensive delivery option. For example, if you selected next-day delivery but we also offered standard delivery at a lower cost, we will refund only the standard delivery charge.

5. Exemptions

The right to cancel and request a refund does not apply to:

  • Personalised or customised products.

  • Products that are sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
